Supplies Closure - Further to previous updates, Supplies will close on Monday, 31 March 2025.
Below is some key information for you to be aware of:
Ordering from the Supplies catalogue/website
The deadlines for placing orders are as follows:
Friday, 17 January: Direct products (four or five-digit codes), e.g. furniture, white goods and electrical appliances.
Friday, 28 February: All other catalogue products (three-digit codes).
Please note, orders received after this date cannot be fulfilled.
Final stock orders will be delivered by Friday, 7 March.
Non-stock quotations and Purchase Card Orders
Placing non-stock orders, and orders via purchase card will cease from Friday, 17 January.

17/09/24 - Closure of East Riding Supplies
As a valued customer, we wanted to write and let you know that today the council’s Cabinet has taken the very difficult decision to close East Riding Supplies with effect from Monday, 31 March 2025.
East Riding Supplies has been a valued service for almost 50 years, selling educational, office, and cleaning products to a range of public sector bodies. However, changing market conditions mean that it is no longer appropriate for the council to operate in this area.
The service will run as usual until Tuesday, 1 April 2025, and we will continue to provide you with excellent customer service and quality products at affordable prices until then.

After receiving lots of feedback from customers at our Summer fair regarding the discontinuation of our catalogue, we have listened to your requests and Supplies are pleased to announce the release of the new 2023 Schools Essentials catalogue, which is now available to view and download on our website

Thank you to everyone who attended Supplies Summer Fair on Thursday 18th of May - it was a great success and we hope you all enjoyed it!
